刘广京（1921年－2006年9月28日），中央研究院院士，经济史学家。 国立西南联合大学肄业，1956年获哈佛大学博士学位，师从费正清，於加州大学戴维斯分校执教。刘广京曾修正费正清解释中国近代史的「刺激／反应」说，并证明中国买办和西方资本主义接触是有竞争力的。韦慕庭称刘广京是「学者中的学者」。2006年9月28日在美国加州戴维斯家中辞世。 　　著有《英美航运势力在华的竞争》，又与陈永发、张玉法主编「最近两百年中国史」三部曲之「晚清篇」（另二部是「中国共产革命七十年」、「中华民国史稿」），惜至今仍未出版。
